Be responsible for entire recruiting process. Familiar with new hire requisition creating and maintaining job descriptions post open positions using various resources prescreening and submitting most qualified applicants schedule in person interview and new hire On board procedure; Be responsible for New Hire Orientation Training; Be responsible for all employees record file management; In charge of employee agreements (contracts) conclude renew and terminate; Provide back up support for employee relationship management; Annual performance management; Emphasize employee motivation and reward and punishment; Assist HR manager to improve and perfect team building; Travel management ---hotel and ticket reservation --Insurance and Visa processing including all the documents preparation. Shuttle bus management and canteen management; Additional tasks assigned by HRM. 任职资格: College above at least three years related working experience; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build report with a variety of individuals.
