Purchasing Assistant 采购助理

到岗时间：1个月之内 婚况要求：不限婚况 职责描述： Understand Abbott Global and China affiliate Purchasing Policy and Process; strictly follow in daily work. Review budget owners request and select proper supplier with accurate and solid justifications by verifying prices quality and services qualifications. Conduct competitive bidding or negotiate with supplier(s) and process PO or contract with accurate and complete documentation retention. Monitor suppliers service performance of quality delivery etc. and keep smooth communications with supplier and bugdet owner to ensure the best value to company interest. Complete purchasing related administrative work within Purchasing team including but not limited to filing tracking data entry etc. to ensure Purchasing documentation and record accurate and completed. Continuously improve industry knowledge and market intellengence to find cost savings opportunities in main spend categories. Periodically review and evaluate existing process and propose improvement plan to management to enhance efficiency. Keep a highest ethical standard. Other responsibilities requested by management. 任职要求： Industry experiences: 1 years above working experience in purchasinglogisticssupply chain or similar functions in multinational company Position experiences: 0-2 years working experience in procurement of product services in support of a commercial organization is a plus. Language Skills： English: Written basic spoken Mandarin: Written spoken fluently Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint. Some knowledge of BPCS operatinggeneral ledger a plus.
